Up and Down Like a Fucking Roller Coaster

I think I need to be medicated. Preferably heavily. I swear to God I am so up and down right now, I am going nuts. Last night was golden, I was just sailing right along and totally untouchable. Tonight I want to jump out the fucking window. Tomorrow I will be fine again. It's so exhausting going back and forth like this all the time, I'm wearing myself out but I can never quite seem to find that balance.
